It is not unusual to reach a point of feeling unhappy, stuck in old patterns or confused. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is of great importance and that therapy can help you to identify your negative thinking patterns and offer solutions for a life with more choices.
I offer a supportive, non-judgemental, safe and fully confidential space in which we can explore your experience in the world and the issues that may be troubling you.
