Training, qualifications and experience

I am an experienced BACP registered integrative psychotherapist and counsellor. If you are reading this you may be feeling that something is getting in the way of how you would like to be, you may be feeling low, self critical, anxious or sad. It is not unusual to reach a point of feeling unhappy, stuck in old patterns or confused. Whatever might be the reason you wish to seek counselling or psychotherapy, seeking support and reaching out can be hard, yet incredibly rewarding. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is of great importance and that therapy can help you to identify your negative thinking patterns and offer solutions for a life with more choices.

I offer a supportive, non-judgemental, safe and fully confidential space in which we can explore your experience in the world and the issues that may be troubling you.

I have an Advanced Diploma in Integrative counselling and psychotherapy from the Minster Centre in North London. I began my career in the arts and continue to work with clients from creative industries. I have an interest in the relationship between creativity and psychotherapy and how crisis can be a catalyst for change.

I am experienced in helping clients who have experienced difficulties with : Anxiety, depression, low self esteem, relationship breakdown, divorce, bereavement, boarding school syndrome, attachment issues including early childhood trauma and development trauma, addictions and eating disorders.

I am committed to ensuring my practice is an inclusive and respectful space for all; regardless of sexuality, gender identity, race, religion, age, body size or ability
